Commission Request Form

This is a form that I require everyone interested in doing a one-on-one commission project to fill out before I agree to start the project. Upon review and approval, I will send you an email to schedule your private creative session with me. You (the buyer) will be required to put down a non-refundable $50 (min.) payment prior to the meeting. I look forward to working with you to create a collaborative masterpiece!

 

Note:

• Incremental payment plans through trusted online sites (i.e. Afterpay, Klarna, Paypal, etc.) are available upon request. 

• I retain the right to refuse any requests and/or projects at any point during the process.

• The buyer will be required to sign a contract before any work begins on the project.  

• Please note that all commission requests need a minimum 3 month buffer if there is an approximate deadline, unless stated differently by the artist and in the contract.
